I am glad I shaved my head. Because now that is even coming out. I seem to get balder by the day. In fact, it seems there is a correlation relative to the temperature outside. The colder it is, the less hair I have. I have a new found appreciation for the follicle-challenged people out there. It's a cold cold world without hair.
I'm pretty fatigued this time around, but still enjoying a nice "off" week. The ladies who clean my house will be doing so tomorrow, and after that I will be ready to get out the Christmas decorations. My sister gave me her treadmill, so I am still able to take some daily walks, even if it is just 10 minutes. I hear it helps with energy levels. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I'm a quarter of the way through chemo now. Onward!
You honestly look beautiful without hair. Your eyes, smile, dimpled chin -- you have a gorgeous face and nothing to distract anyone from noticing it. You are handling all of this so well. You're an inspiration.
